Tried this for the first time after watching a Japanese cooking show. Delicious! My Japanese Mom loved it too. The smell was so fragrant and when you open the rice cooker it hits you all at once. The rice was so delicious and moist. It is a bit pricey, but I will buy it again if I can find another seller since the one I purchased from the first time is no longer selling it.
