This pan works well on an induction stove.Growing up up and living in Europe I've always had a Prestige pressure cooker, and my mother before me.But every pressure cooker I've had, has always come with steamer baskets.Two. With dividers to keep veggies separate.So I was very surprised when this new pressure cooker was delivered and there were no baskets with it.Rather than paying an additional $14 or $15 per basket, we improvised by drilling holes in two 8-inch stainless steel dog dishes, attached handles and voila, 2 baskets for under $5.-Otherwise I'm very pleased with the pan, and particularly like the new valve system. Much easier to use.
