My last one (the exact same model) lasted just about 20 years with almost daily use, so when it came time to replace it getting the same model was a no-brainer! I'm a big fan of the versatility of this little steamer - I can make rice, rice and steamed veggies at the same time, or just steam veggies separately. It's the perfect size for a single person or a couple and doesn't require the storage space of a larger model. I'll be looking for another one just like this in 20 years!
