Do not try these!! I did everything according to directions and my spring rolls were not anything close to cooked spring rolls. Get pastry wrappers!!! Would return but already thrown packaging away. Maybe can use some other way , like uncooked summer rolls....don't know but will try!!!I had a problem because they came apart while they were frying.This worked great as a gluten free wonton wrapper. Fried perfectly, tasted great! Very pleased.I wanted the spring roll wraps that I can fry. These are the regular see through white rice wraps meant to be eaten raw. I tried deep frying them according to directions and it looked like I was frying a white plastic cup. This is very misleading. I was disappointed.Worked great for air fryer lumpia egg rolls! Nice alternative if you need to go gluten free.Took a while to make without tearingWhile these work they are not a product that the Vietnamese would be happy with. You have to soak the whole sheet as opposed to wetting where you fold.They do not fry well at all! If you were doing a spring roll that wasn't fried they wild be great, but I got these cause they said specifically they could be fried. What a waste.
