I use this warmer at my restaurant, and it keeps rice warm overnight. The temperature is right that rice stays good. It has a non-stick inner pot that is working well. I have been using it for a month with no issue.The rice warmer is not keeping the rice warm sufficiently. The rice is Luke warm. Also, the lid is not closed when you take out the rice , you have push it hard to lock it. If you don’t, the rice gets cold. The inside design of the lid is really bad; the inside lid has a thin rubber to supposedly keep the hot air inside instead of a separate round tray like others rice warmer. In short, I am returning this rice warmer due to bad design and not keeping the rice warm. Also, it is smaller than 20qt.It is working as expectedAfter 6 hours the rice becomes really hot and sour. It becomes soggy wet and sour.I used it as a sushi rice thermos. it's really big. It is not used for cooking. keeps the rice warm for several hours. It cools immediately when the lid is opened.This is ONLY a sushi rice thermos holding container. IT IS NOT A COOKER OR A WARMER. YOU use this to keep your sushi rice or plain rice at temperature for a few hours. Everytime you open the cover the rice cools. Eventually, the rice is ambient temperature. IT does not keep rice warm. But the it's great for sushi rice up to a couple of hours.It's really so big that I think it makes enough rice for 20 people. There are 9 people in my family. They all use rice as the main food. It can completely satisfy our family. If it shows up in the restaurant. I wouldn't be surprised, even I think this rice cooker is designed for restaurants. The shape is also very good-looking, the outside looks like stainless steel, and the inside is a non-stick pan design. Easy to clean. I would recommend it to my friends who run restaurants, or to friends with many family members.Great size pan, keep our food warm for a long time.
