The multi-cooker is definitely an item you’ll want for your kitchen. I found this multi-cooker to be a proven asset. I’ve used this several times and have not been disappointed! It has many functions from a rice cooker to a slow cooker to a pressure cooker. You can also steam your vegetables in it too! It was very easy to use, the control panel makes it easy to find and set with the buttons. The meat comes out so very tender, I made chicken thighs in it, and they were the best I ever had! My roast and potatoes came out so moist too. I HIGHLY recommend this product.I've been pretty happy with this rice cooker so far, but I have a couple of issues which I feel only makes it a four-star.1) The description says "1 to 10" cup capacity, but the markings on the pot for how much water you add start at 4 cups, so there is no good way to measure the correct amount of water for less than that. This is a pretty big issue for me, because most of the time, I only want to make two cups of rice.2) Very poor instructions for cooking the rice. I think they assume you already know how to use a rice cooker. What it isn't clear about is that you put the rice in the pot FIRST, then add the water to the appropriate line LAST.3) It has worked well for making 4 cups (all I've tried so far), but it would cook in about a third of the time in a regular pot. However, the pot would require monitoring, and this is fire-and-forget, so it is pretty convenient.This is a beautiful product - and I don't tend to say that about appliances. It's so simple to use and makes PERFECT rice. I should have gotten this much sooner.Clean up - It’s incredibly easy to clean. The pot is non-stick and food doesn’t adhere to the bottom (not easily, anyway), and even if it does, it scrubs right off with a bit of warm water and soap. You can also remove the vent and dry up the water behind it which I appreciate.This isn't my first rice cooker. I liked my last one, but after many years it needed replacing.I picked this model because of the capacity and the versatility. Also, the price was right.It is _excellent_. Very easy to use. Very easy to keep clean. I've made different varieties of rice and it's handled each very well. I've steamed food in it, I've made soup... It's helped with our meal prepping so much.We did have a small issue with the inner lid. Just a fluke, not a flaw. We contacted the seller and they immediately made it right. I'm very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it.I rarely write reviews but this Rice Cooker really did revolutionize my dinners quite a bit. We've been able to make perfect seasoned rice with sausage, perfectly steamed vegetables and more. Hell, I'm even looking forward to using the Yogurt mode.A good product; it comes with two rice scoops. It has many functions, where I mainly use it to cook rice. I can also make steam bread and make soup. There’s a timer that allows me to set my own alarm. Nice product when serving friends and family.my old rice pot broke down , so I bought this rice pot to replace it . It’s beautiful . It’s very good for cooking white rice and keeps it warm for 12 hours . You can eat it anytime. It’s so convenient. It can also making soup and steam various good . I really like it so far !This rice cooker has a nice appearance and is of very good quality. The cooked rice is very fragrant and fluffy, and it is also very fast to make soup. The price is also reasonable and acceptable
