The title does say wood grain only, so I am not disappointed by the fact that this isn't wood. This is the perfect miso soup bowl for daily use, if you are too lazy to hand wash wooden bowls like me.From the label, the material is PET/ABS plastic, with urethane coating. Dishwasher safe, temperature range is -20°C to 120°C (-4°F to 248°F) . Do not put in microwave or oven. Made in Japan. Very light weight at 70g/0.25oz per bowl.
