I combined the pancake mix with my favorite gluten-free, vanilla protein shake and cooked them in a little butter. I love topping with berries. The texture and flavor were perfect! My goal is to make all the pancakes at once each time I buy this mix, so I can freeze them and take portions to work. I give this 5 stars!Best gluten free pancakes! Fluffy and perfect texture.Have tried several Birch Benders and this is the best flavor if you want something like an authentic buttermilk pancake.These are good, and very easy to make! (Especially considering how complicated most Gluten Free pancake mixes are!) Good texture. Good but not quite amazing flavor. The best Gluten Free pancake mix out there!It makes delicious, fluffy pancakes.. No matter how I try to make gluten-free pancakes from scratch, they always come out flat...These are fluffy...I don't know why gluten-free products have to be so expensive, though...As good as this is, I really can't afford to buy it again..but I'm glad I tried it..Cost far too high. However I have nutritional challenges and it was the only option available at the time
