Very small if you have a family of 3 or moreIt does the job for us but quality wise it’s not a great product. After few uses the color changes, the size of idly is not normal I would say we can make mini idlis. I expected a better quality from HawkinsI bought the G10 FOR 5 LITER. Size is Ok and is not Mini idlis as some review say, but the cups are shallow and the idlis come out kind of thin. Better to reduce one layer and make the cups deeper.Great quality idly moulds! I've been using them in my 6 qt Instant Pot and they work really well. The mould completely discolored after running it through the dishwasher (top rack), but given there's no debris left on the food I figure it's safe to use. Ugly, but does the job very well!I'm not one to post bad reviews but this is absolutely horrendous! This item is described as dishwasher safe yet it got ruined after just 1 use. I washed it by hand with mild soap before my use & still all the idlis were marked with gray powder from the idli stand. Had to throw away all the batter....HEALTH HAZARD! Also NOT DISHWASHER SAFE! ZERO stars!!! DO NOT BUY!!! This seller should be sued for selling something so cheap.The website says it is dishwasher safe, but after one wash the metal was completely ripped off and turned black. It became unusable.I wanted an idly stand that is well balanced, sturdy and compact. This stand completes all the requiredments. I would have loved if it was stainless steel and idly size was a bit bigger. But this one is fair for its price.Idli stand- G10 for 5 Litre cooker is NOT a mini stand. This is a regular size idli stand and of very good quality. Hawkins cannot go wrong. I have used this for decades now.I am assuming the idli stand for 3 litre cooker could be of smaller size based on other reviews.However the one for 5 litre cooker is definitely NOT a mini stand.Hawkins you are doing a fabulous job and thank you.Value for money product. I m using it for 5 lit cooker. Size of idli is smaller than my expectations. But it is good for limited number of people. I have put 1lit bottle for estimation of size. Looks big in the picture but is small. Got scratched after a few washes. Does its job.today i used my idli stand , it fits easily in 5 li cooker but the shiny coating like we see on any stainless steel utensil has disappeared and it shows alunimium like coating and some black coating which on poor quality steel. Not expected from Hawkins will share pic soon
