cant complain... We use it every week for a 24 hr chulent (Stew) and in teh 2 months we have it, it seems to be working great.I am pleased with this purchase. Be mindful that this size is large, so your choices of meal planning should take this into consideration.Nice big crock pot. Love it.The first time that I used it, possibly due to the heat, the sides of the base separated from the bottom of the base.It is a one and done for me. Not interested in having a fire ....Product arrived severely cracked and unusable.It came damaged. Very cheap qualityI'm using it for a towel warmer for facials.
