I ordered this product and it seems that the cord gets hot while in use. Additionally, the pot keeps cooking until all of the steam is out and if you are not paying attention your food will burn. I used a power cord from my music equipment instead to avoids burning my kitchen down. I thought this product would work as advertised, but I'm very disappointed that it fell way short of expectations.
