I wanted a health conscious cookbook that has easy crockpot recipes. I also wanted recipes that would appeal to my not so health conscious husband and my 8 year old who at times can be picky and not want to try new meals. This cookbook delivers!!! I have made two recipes so far. A beef roast that was my husbands fave and Asian style pork ribs which were my daughter's and my fave. We all liked both recipes though and will make those time and time again. If a recipe is not something we would actually crave I won't make it again. For me to like a recipe again it has to be something we would actually crave. There are so many recipes in this book that appeal to all three of us that I really look forward to trying them. This was a really good purchase!
